| Weekend Scoring complete and posted! - Monday, December 07, 2009Wind, cold, and rain prevented regular racing Saturday (though many went out for practice short-courses), but Sunday was nice with breeze in th 2-7 range. Shifts and "stair-step" puffs were the order of the day and Jon Pomerleau (2367) won handily by having relatively conservative good starts, great speed, and most shifts called correctly. Race #2 was won by Bulll Schmidt (2223) which also gave him 2nd place for the weekend while David Moring (2510) pulled a couple of consistent finishes to round out the top 3 of those 20 sailors on the line! Lots of great sailing by many, and a great turnout - so get ready for another one next weekend with the added bonus of the XMas party!!! read more ...
